About us

Szenzor Management Consulting Ltd. was established in 1989. Since 1991 our company has been a leading subsidiary of the Austrian based Consulting AG group, both in terms of turnover and number of employees. Through our history we have more than 30 years experience in consultancy. We provide consulting, training and coaching services to our clients.

The activity of Szenzor Management Consulting Ltd. is organised into three business strands:

  1. Part of our projects belong to our Compliance Management strand. With these projects we prepare our clients to be able to operate their business in accordance with compliance regulations, should they be international standards, specific laws or rules and regulations. Within this line of business we have already implemented more than 1000 certified management systems.
  2. Other projects fall into our Performance Management strand. Under the scope of this theme we provide business consultancy in several areas of business such as Strategic Planning and Execution, Process & Organisational Improvement, Productivity Improvement, etc. Any optimisation or rationalisation exercises are covered here as well.
  3. Our third line of business is Training, under the scope of which we deliver training sessions supporting the projects covered by the previous two business strands, as well as company specific, tailor-made training. We also offer open training sessions, most of which are recognised by the Employment Centre of Budapest.

In reality almost all of our client's projects fall somewhere into the triangle of all three of the business strands, for example the implementation of a specific compliance management system almost certainly involves some training as well as rationalisation.
